Universal Onboarding Hub

superSYSTM™ Details

Create a seamless workflow for new clients to sign their contract, make a payment, schedule the kickoff session, and provide any homework all in one.

Compatibility

Notion Plus recommended
Paperform (or Tally Forms)
✓ Cal.com
✓ Stripe

Note: We use Paperform at _systms™, which this plugin replicates. If you use Tally Forms, you can easily replace the Paperform section with a Tally form.

This Universal Onboarding Hub includes four sections:

  1. Welcome Video (Service Overview — Process, Pricing, Expectations)

  2. Onboarding Form (Service Agreement + Scope of Work)

  3. Initial Payment Collection

  4. 1st Call Booking Scheduling

  5. Onboarding Homework

Installation Guide

Step 1 | Create Onboarding Form

Create a multi-page form:

  • (optional page): Welcome + Video Recap of Offer & Processes

  • Page 1: General company information (e.g. Point of Contact name/email, mailing address, legal entity name)

  • Page 2: Statement of Work

  • Page 3: Service Agreement

Step 2 | Create Stripe Checkout Link

Create the Stripe Checkout Link for the first evenly divided payment (i.e. 3X payments of $5K).

Copy the link and add it as the form submission redirect.

OR;

If you offer a variety of payment options;

  • Add a question to the onboarding form above for the client to select their preference

  • Each option should then conditionally redirect to the correct checkout link (note: this is not possible on Tally’s free plan)'

Step 3 | Create Call Booking Calendar

Depending on your business model, this would be a strategy session or kickoff call. Copy the link, and add to the success redirect on the Stripe Checkout Link(s).

Step 4 | Develop Website Design

Technically, you could get by with just sending the link to the original form, but we’ve received incredible feedback on the experience clients have with the “portal” on the website, see below.

Note: This page is currently available on our services page, for clients who want to sign on immediately without a sales call. If this is not something you’re interested in doing, keep the page(s) hidden.

This Hub is technically three pages;

  • Page 1 includes the initial onboarding form (this is the URL you’d share with clients)

  • Page 2 is the embedded Cal.com booking calendar. If you are designing this portal, then replace Step 3’s link with this one. Note: you cannot embed a Stripe checkout to a webpage, which is why it is not listed here.

  • Page 3: this page is the final redirect from Page 2, and includes the client’s onboarding homework.

And that’s it! You can take this entire hub to the next level with a few Zapier automations, to automatically add project dates to your calendar and invoice notifications like we did, see the full video above.
