  • No, we don't believe in over-designed, client portals especially for projects that only last a few weeks. Instead, we provide a framework template for using Slack to interact with clients effectively.

  • Fairly often, but there is not set cadence. New frameworks and templates are added when the core tech stack releases new features or we feel things need a refresh. You'll receive an email / Slack notification when we've made changes.

  • We are more than happy to schedule a call to determine what isn't working for you, and provide any assistance we can so it does!

    However, we do not provide refunds as we cannot get the digital files back post-download.
