Iron Roots hired us for a Workflow Mapping session to determine what tools were best for executing their internal & client projects.
The team’s primary problem with their current setup was that their client data was siloed, making it difficult to hand off tasks to the next team member.
After our Workflow Mapping Session, we determined that Notion was the best option for managing day-to-day operations and collaborating with clients. We presented a comprehensive workflow (image above), to help visualize entry points, automation, and interactions with the suggested work hub.
Our Workflow Mapping Sessions consist of a 4hr strategy sprint to:
Audit the team’s org chart + role descriptions;
Audit the current tech stack to determine how each tool helps the team complete their jobs successfully, and;
Audit all processes to determine what can be streamlined and automated.
