COMPANY OVERVIEW
Vital CXNs was founded to facilitate collaboration, enhance efficiencies, and discover synergies amongst existing resources and stakeholders. They take a grassroots approach to improving Boston’s community health ecosystem by tackling the city’s persistent and pervasive health inequities.
PROJECT RECAP
The Vital CXNs team was a newer organization when they first reached out about building their work hub on Notion, and did not have a clear digital process developed, which made for a clean canvas to work together on.
The team’s primary concern was creating a work hub that fostered collaboration between departments and made finding & using their own knowledge easy to access.
Particularly, their Community Hub program was a key factor in the way this Notion workspace was developed, as the team was in constant conversation and production for local events involving COVID-19 and health education.
For the Community Hub dashboard, we built a few interlinking databases to document planning and location data, and ultimately prepare speakers for their engagement with questions and bios.
Internally, this dashboard was crucial for maintaining connections throughout the city of Boston, and continues to be the primary use of their Notion workspace.
