Swng Productions is a creative agency and production company based in Austin, Texas. Their clients include Whataburger, Meta, JVN Hair, and other large brands.
PROJECT RECAP
The SWNG team had begun to dabble in using Notion for their client work and internal projects but felt they lacked the knowledge to maximize their workspace.
Our project focused on organizing & streamlining their work hub as a whole. Including;
Developing a team HQ Hub for announcements, resources & a quick view of active projects;
Organizing the company wiki (creating tags, filtered views);
Creating a Client Hub to track new inquiries & active projects;
Developing an internal Client Portal template for tasks & handoff;
Clean up of Marketing Hub for company content.
